Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the website and vehicle rental service. By completing a booking, the customer confirms having read and accepted them.

1. Bookings and availability. Subject to unit availability, identity checks and payment.

2. Driver. Valid license and minimum age/experience requirements apply.

3. Vehicle use. Lawful use under contracted coverages only.

4. Pickup and return. At the agreed time and branch/zone. Returning at another branch may incur a one-way fee.

5. Deposit and damages. A deposit may be required. Damages, fines or toll tags may be charged at contract close.

6. Payments and cancellations. Amounts, discounts and cancellation rules are shown at booking.

Standard operating document: replace with attorney-approved copy before production if required.
